As flowers are an ephemeral crop, and we have weekly volume commitments, we cannot accommodate skipped weeks. If you are unable to pick up your bouquet on a scheduled date, we may be able to work on an alternative pickup site and time. Or consider gifting that weekโs offering to a friend to pick up. We can also donate to a local non-profit on your behalf. Just send us an email letting us know your circumstances at least 48 hours in advance.
While we plan our flower crops for our first CSA harvest the week of July 18th, Mother Nature can be mercurial. In order to provide you with the highest quality product, we do reserve the right to delay or adjust your subscription order around a flower farming force majeure. We will work with each customer to ensure your full subscription is fulfilled through alternatives such as an extended late-season bouquet, a double-volume offering, or a credit. Our promise to you is that you will receive the freshest, healthiest high-quality flowers possible.
