Missed Pickups: If you know in advance you’ll miss a pickup, please let us know at least 48 hours ahead. With enough notice we can arrange a double bouquet the following week. Last-minute requests cannot be accommodated due to our busy wedding schedule.
You may have a friend pick it up for you or gift the bouquet to someone else (no delivery available). Bouquets not picked up by 5:00 P.M. Wednesdays will be donated. We do not hold, refund, or replace missed bouquets.
Weather & Adjustments: We plan our first harvest for the week of July 14, 2026. In the event of extreme weather or other force majeure circumstances, we reserve the right to adjust the subscription and will work with you to fulfill all 12 weeks through fair alternatives (double bouquet, extended late-season pickup, or credit). We will reach out with any changes if needed.
